Falzon Consulting is lead by Sharmila Falzon. Sharmila has over two decades of leadership in policy development, training and project management across the not for profit and local government sectors.
She has dedicated her career to working with for purpose organisations, as she believes in their ability to drive social change.

- Author of the City of Parramatta Council’s inaugural Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence Action Plan, setting a precedent for future municipal approaches.
